To use our platform, you may register using either a valid phone number or an OAuth account (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.). When registering through an OAuth provider, you agree to the terms and conditions of the provider and acknowledge that the information shared with us by the provider is accurate and up-to-date.

Regardless of registration method, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share or disclose your login credentials to anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Attempting to harm the platform, its infrastructure, or other users through any form of malicious activity.
• Collecting or storing personal information from other users without their permission.
• Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating platform ratings or content.

5. Content on the Platform

Our platform allows users to view, comment on, and rate government-issued recalls. By submitting or posting any content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content.

6. User Comments and Ratings

Users are encouraged to share constructive feedback on recalls. However, comments must remain respectful, relevant, and fact-based. We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

7. User Responsibility and Risk

We aim to provide accurate and timely information on government-issued recalls, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information available. Users are responsible for verifying information independently before making decisions based on recall notices. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or reliability of information.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Late Recalls, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account by discontinuing use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify users through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
